The French Press is a family owned and operated Café in Edwards Colorado which began serving in January of 2001. The owner, Zak Stone, has been in the Vail Valley and the restaurant business since 1992. In 1999, a small coffeehouse became available in the neighborhood and Zak's dream of opening an Edwards café came true. Zak transformed a funky coffeehouse space into the charming restaurant it is today.
